No Sweat Intro

The “No Sweat Intro” is a private, free consultation where you discuss your fitness goals with a coach at Adamant CrossFit. We want to know what are your fitness goals, your background, your past injuries, and hear about any concerns you may have. It is important for us to understand so we can support you on your journey to better health and fitness.  You’ll learn a bit about our emphasis on safety as well as our our methods, coaching style, and philosophy.

For some, the conversation is very quick, for others it’s a bit more in depth. We want you to know that we are happy to answer any and all of your questions. Our goal is to help you determine if we are the right fit for you.
