Group CrossFit

CrossFit is the core of what we do at Adamant. If you are looking to challenge yourself, to learn something new and to break away from the average gym workout, CrossFit is an excellent training program. Our group classes are designed to meet the needs of our diverse community and provide a challenge to all.

Our program emphasizes quality movement and individualized coaching. Yes, we work hard but we also have fun! If you put in the time and effort, CrossFit will help you with losing fat, increasing muscle, gaining strength and endurance, and becoming a stronger, healthier you!

Each class is lead by a Coach and consists of a warm-up and focused mobility work, followed by a strength or skill of the day. Following that, it is on the the Metcon or metabolic conditioning portion. This is the high intensity part you probably think of when you hear CrossFit. Finally we cool down and leave ready to take on the day.
