ADAMANT LAUNCH FALL SESSION 2 BEGINS OCTOBER 9th! 

Adamant Launch is our Youth and Young Athlete Training program.

Invest in your children’s health for now and the rest of their lives.

Get them started on a lifetime of fitness and good movement.

  • Improve their health and cognition
  • Build self-confidence
  • Involve them in a like-minded and supportive community
  • Build strength, coordination, agility and stamina
  • Improve skills needed for success in all sports

Safety and fun will be the basis of all that is done in the program!

Junior Varsity

Ages 7 to 11

Learn the fundamentals of good movement

Build overall strength, especially in the core and upper body

Improve bone density

Have fun with friends

Varsity

Ages 12-16

Learn the technique of good movement

Improve strength, speed, power, endurance and mobility

Cross-train a base to guard against sport-specific injury

More challenging and competitive than JV

Fall Schedule

Session 1 (August 21 – September 29)

Session 2 (October 9 – November 17)

Junior Varsity (45 minutes)

Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 p.m.

Saturday 9:00 a.m.

Varsity (One hour)

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 p.m.

Saturday 10:00 a.m.

Pricing

JV Full Session: $99

Varsity Full Session: $119

Drop-ins: $10 per class

 

We also have an option for teams who would like to sign up together and work on skills/strength specific to their sport. This is a great opportunity for teams to improve their off-season conditioning as well as improve performance during the season. This training provides the basis for movement and fitness where sport-specific training can layer on top. Team pricing will be determined by the numbers of athletes, ages of athletes and the number of sessions. Email info@adamantcrossfit.com for more details.
